To
my sister Mercy Hope: What a joy to meet you in Nashville. Mercy,
you are a very special lady and I praise God for your life, courage
and for allowing Him to use you so lovingly and powerfully! Your
friend,
Dr. Wess Stafford
- President and CEO Of Compassion International
We have known Mercy Hope for a number of years and we can say
without hesitation that she has a very solid life in God. She is one
of most selfless and consecrated young people we have ever known. We
highly recommend her.

Every time Mercy and I
have rubbed shoulders I've found her to be amazingly enthusiastic
about what she does. She has passion and conviction about her
calling, which to me is admirable. I appreciate her.

Christian Recording Artist / Conference Speaker
Mercy
Hope is authentic and highly relevant for both believers and
seekers. She connects with audience members in a way that I have
rarely witnessed. Mercy's messages are extraordinarily powerful. Her
delivery is straight from the heart of the Master. She is one of the
remarkable young women of our time.
Maryanna Young -
President of FMG Companies and Aloha Publishing
Mercy
is one of the most ministry-minded and compassionate people I know.
Her talent is surpassed only by her great heart for God and His
people. I would highly recommend her as a speaker, writer,
consultant or adviser.
Israel Wayne -
Author/Speaker
Mercy has been a tremendous blessing to me personally. At the
darkest moment of trial, when I was searching for any hope at all --
Mercy HOPE came! Her spirit is so finely tuned with God, she can be
led of the Spirit to such an extent people feel like they've been
with an angel when in her presence. She is a speaker that has
actually lived what she is speaking -- she practices what she preaches
and can relate to people on a personal, as well as spiritual, level.
She is definitely one of my favorite speakers, I highly recommend
her, she has a true walk.
Mega Watts - conference attendee
Over the years I have
listened to many speakers, but very few touch the heart of our
youth. This past year at our homeschool family camp I witnessed the
anointing Mercy Hope has for young adults. Students in her session
walked away changed, having heard from the Lord for their personal
lives. Her story and messages are inspiring. The youth flock to her
and receive the message she brings. Our camp was blessed to have
Mercy be a part of it. Mercy and Wisdom's Gate are welcome to be
part of any function our ministry puts together.
Victoria Hughes -
Director of Homeschool Blessings and FIRE Homeschool Family Camp.
I have never known
someone to be able to communicate with people so well, simply by
listening to them. Mercy does not just lend her ears, mind or many
resources to people for a moment or two; she devotes everything to
loving them in a Christ-like manner for the entire time that she is
with them. I know that in the times that I have spent with Mercy; I
have been blessed to find such an abnormally caring, understanding,
knowledgeable, and encouraging person, and friend, in her. When the
time comes for her to speak, she speaks with the quiet, but
confident, authority of a woman that has lived through some
extremely difficult times; and more importantly, someone with the
authority of Jesus Christ behind her. She is intelligent, soft
spoken, to the point, confident, and full of common sense and
wisdom. She is devoted to the Lord and to His calling for her. She
is empathetic, loving, and encouraging. She has "been around the
block", and is able to relate to so many people because of her
experiences in life. Mercy Hope speaks by the mercy and grace of the
Lord; and she brings hope to those that do not have it.
Mercy has given everything that she is and has to the Lord, and to
reaching others for Him. She is able to encourage other men and
women to realize their full potential in the Lord; in spite of any
difficult circumstances, or baggage that they may have. Her sphere
of influence is limitless because she is backed by the Lord. I
believe that she lives out the verse, "I can do all things through
Christ who strengthens me". (Philippians 4:13, NKJV) That says ALL
things and means ALL things. She is helping people realize that and
apply it to every area of their lives. Business, personal, learning,
spiritual...etc. I am proud to know Mercy Hope, and am praying for
her and others, like me, that she will impact.

A ray of sunshine
piercing through the darkest cloud adequately captures the impact of
Mercy Hope’s life story and the very essence of the young lady
herself. Having met and spent time with Mercy during a Women’s
Leadership Conference in NC, at which she was one of the key
speakers, I was captivated by the light that emitted from her
personality and how she, holding on to God’s hand, overcame the deep
darkness of being homeless, hungry and a victim of domestic
violence. Mercy wore no evidence of her past; only the beauty of the
morning sunshine. Her story is truly a testament of her namesake;
Mercy and Hope.
Lorrie Lawrence - Transformations Ministries
It has been
almost 4 months since our Women’s Leadership event and while I may
not remember all the details of Mercy’s message I do remember the
power of her message. Mercy’s life story gives hope in the midst of
hopelessness and demonstrates in a very powerful way that we can
overcome whatever adversity we face. It reminds us that Christ is
with us always.
It is evident that Mercy speaks from her heart, allows God to speak
through her and lives her faith in a very real way. His love is
reflected through her, not only with her message but through her
smile, her gentle and humble spirit, and her strength through
adversity. You know without a doubt that Mercy lives a Christ
centered life.
It is refreshing to see a young person such as Mercy willing to
share her life story. I would encourage Mercy to speak to as many
young people as possible. I believe she is someone who can make a
real difference in the lives of young people today who face so many
challenges, discouraging situations, fear, responsibilities, and
uncertain futures. I believe Mercy knows that God is counting on her
and she is definitely counting on Him. Mercy’s life message reminds
me of 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my
power is made perfect in weakness…”
In her weakness, Mercy was strong because His grace was sufficient.

Mercy is considerate
and Christ centered. I can honestly say that I have never seen her
in a bad mood (even when we were roommates for
six months).
Mercy is full of integrity -- at her job and in her home. She is a
good and caring big sister and role model to many. She has a heart
to help people and is always looking for ways to share her faith in
real and tangible way.
Mercy loves the Lord and is willing lay down her life so others
might know Him. She is the real thing.

As a potter for 20
years, I understand Mercy Hope's passion for helping herself form
her own life into someone she can love and respect. And, like the
pot, it was done with the help of God's hands. Her story is
extremely moving. Her presentation is so genuine. Her willingness to
share her life in order to help others is a blessing to us all.
Mercy touched my heart and I'm sure she will touch yours.

Mercy lives her life with purpose and with a strong desire to
be holy in her pursuit of God. The greatest evidence that her pursuit of a holy life is
genuine is seen in the compassion she has for others.
Mercy Hope's life is proof that no one should ever be counted out of
God's plan of redemption. She is proof that God can take a life that
many would expect to produce little worth mentioning, and turn it
into one that others want to emulate. In her life, the beauty of
God's redemptive power shines with a fullness we rarely get a chance
to see. He has taken one of the world's castaways and made her one
of His daughters and an ambassador of His grace.

I wish there weren't
so many states separating Mercy and I. I first met Mercy in high
school at a homeschool conference. I was instantly drawn to her
lively, vivacious personality while also intrigued and convicted by
her family's radical commitment to Jesus.
After many years, Mercy stills keeps in contact with me. She always
makes me feel special, even though I know she is busy with many
ministry opportunities. Her life is a living testimony of what it
means to "love your neighbor as yourself." Her example, and the
example of her entire family, has spurred me on to selfless love. I
know God's hand is on her life. She's 'the real deal!'
